Are you looking to launch an exciting career in Marketing? Ambrose Companies is looking for an outstanding individual to join our team, as our new Marketing Specialist.

This is a tremendous opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to take ownership of various marketing initiatives. You will be given the opportunity and freedom to build brand awareness, product recognition, and service offerings through multiple channels. Working closely with our Sales Team, you will brainstorm, create, and implement marketing strategies and measure their ROI based on the results of the initiative. We are looking for passionate, committed people who are seeking to make a positive impact on the company they work for, their team members, customers, and suppliers.

No previous experience is required; however, a background in Marketing, Web Design, and Video Editing is a huge benefit. Marketing tactics are constantly changing and evolving, so this role will require you to adapt to those changes in order to build long-term relationships with our customers and maximize sales opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Digital

Write, edit, post, monitor, and respond to content for various social media channels (ie. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

Review, monitor, collect, and repost analytics for social media accounts

Serve as website producer, ensuring consistency of website content and strategy across digital properties

Regularly audit digital content and develop strategies and production timelines to keep content fresh and timely

Define and manage SEO/SEM Strategies

Develop and manage metrics reporting and analysis of the website performance and online communications effort

Design and create promotional videos for online use, email marketing, tradeshows, etc.

Perform other marketing duties as assigned

Develop product and service content for placement in relevant publications

Write, proof, edit, and distribute communications including educational articles, flyers, and additional marketing communications

Research and monitor industry trends and behaviors to gain key audience and competitive insights

Perform various support duties as assigned

Work closely with team to develop go-to market strategy for positioning and messaging to develop growth

Develop cross-channel communication strategies to drive engagement across all stages of the customer lifecycle

Measure and communicate the impact of all product marketing efforts

401K
Employees become eligible for our 401K Retirement Plan the first of any quarter following 90 days of employment. You should receive 401K enrollment information via email or at your home address, or if needed, extra packets are kept on file in our Olathe offices. Ambrose matches .25 on the dollar up to 6%. 3 Employees can contribute up to 15%. All taxes are computed after the 401K deduction, so employees are saving two ways, paying fewer taxes and adding money to their retirement fund.
PTO
Employees become eligible for ten (10) days of paid PTO (Personal Time Off) following one year of employment. To qualify for PTO you must be a full-time employee and have completed one year of full-time employment, time is taken off before one year will be without pay. The PTO accrual rate is based on your length of employment as follows: One (1) but less than five (5) years = 10 days per the calendar year; Five (5) years or more = 15 days per the calendar year. PTO time does not carry over and is lost each December 31st. We do not currently pay for unused PTO or pay dollars in lieu of PTO time. PTO request forms should be submitted to your supervisor forapproval.
HOLIDAYS
A holiday schedule is published the first of every year, and some years change depending upon what day of the week the holiday falls. We are closed on the standard holidays- Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (always Thursday and Friday), Christmas and NewYear’s.
